ECS was awarded the construction package to provide a community space to a greenfield site in a growing residential area.

ECS assisted the client before construction with refining the design by providing a substitute furniture package for cost savings, developing an alternative colour palette, and minor changes to path layouts for improved safety.

The ECS again provided a “one-stop shop” with all concreting, including the installation of a half playing court, play equipment, park shelter & furniture and landscaping carried out by our construction team for smooth project delivery.
